We were able to grow and provide over 15lbs. of katagan to Micronesian Chefs competition! Using locally grown ingredients is the way to go!
Ayuda Foundation along with USDA’s affiliate Bart Lawrence held a spectacular workshop dedicated to helping gov/NGO officials better communicate our conservation, resilience, and sustainable issues. We invited the brilliant eco-literacy specialist Koh Ming Wei from Pacific Education for Resources Learning (PREL). We had a great learning experience, thank you to all who participated!
